Trosworld is available only to registered users and is not available to children (persons under the age of 18), unless under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Pricing for the various levels of Trosworld.com subscriptions is contained on the Trosworld.com site. SKC Corp (M) Sdn Bhd reserves its rights to change pricing at any time at its absolute discretion. However, a User will not be bound by new prices unless and until the following procedures have been applied: The User is given at least 1 week notice (by email notification) of an intended price change. In this time the User may choose to cancel their subscription.

When you provide content to Trosworld, in the form of information on an item that is for sale or otherwise, you grant us with a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub licensable right to use, post, display, copy, modify the format of, reproduce, and distribute as necessary to maintain the website, manage auction, and conduct business anticipated by this Agreement..

SKC Corp (M) Sdn Bhd is not responsible for and shall have no liability for, for any User Content, including defamatory, offensive or illicit material and that risk of damages from such material rests entirely with you.

You are solely responsible for any of your User Content and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless SKC Corp (M) Sdn Bhd and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, representatives and agents from any and all losses, expenses, third-party claims, liability, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) arising from any third party claim or allegation that the User Content infringes any patent, copyright, trade secret, privacy, trademark or other proprietary right of such third party.

SKC Corp (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to take down or not otherwise allow items for sale or other User Content that is unlawful, offensive or otherwise impermissible in our sole discretion.

Trosworld places certain restrictions on types of items offered for sale and the type of listings to the site. The following prohibited items and listing types shall not be listed on any of trosworld.com site.

Prohibited Items

SKC Corp (M) Sdn Bhd reserved its right to refuse a free trial period to any User at SKC Corp (M) Sdn Bhd absolute discretion. This right maybe exercised where it appears that a User is trying to use multiple free periods under different names; where the User has uploaded copyright material to which they do not own the rights or own rights to use; where the User has uploaded offensive or illegal material, or material inciting illegal behaviour, where the User has attempted to upload Viruses, or Trojans to corrupt, damage or compromise the Trosworld.com hosting infrastructure, or for other reasons at SKC Corp (M) Sdn Bhd discretion. (Please note that if SKC Corp (M) Sdn Bhd suspects this behaviour has been intentional it will ask police to initiate criminal investigations).

From time to time information that would normally be available through the site (including supplier's catalogs) may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. SKC Corp (M) Sdn Bhd expressly excludes liability to any user of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of SKC Corp (M) Sdn Bhd.
