Terms & Conditions for “Upgrade N Win!” Contest
- This contest is open to all Trosworld’s registered members except for employees of Trosworld.com, its affiliates, sponsors, advertisers and their immediate family members.
- By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions of the contest and agree that decisions made by Trosworld are final and conclusive. No queries whatsoever will be entertained. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at Trosworlds’ absolute discretion, result in forfeiture of any prize.
- “Upgrade N Win” contest starts on 19th January 2010 and ends on 19th February 2010 (“Contest Period”). Participants after the contest period will be ineligible for the prize draw.
- How to enter:
- Register to Trosworld as a member and upgrade to Premium at only RM198 per annum.
- Trosworld will randomly select the winner, who will win a prize worth RM350. The winners will be notified via telephone/email or whichever method Trosworld deems fit by 5pm Saturday 19th February 2010.
- Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.
- Trosworld reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the contest without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by Trosworld of the contest shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against Trosworld for any and all losses or damages which may be suffered or incurred by the participant as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- Trosworld is entitled to use, publish or feature the winner and/or their picture for publicity and advertising purposes. Trosworld reserves the right to delay the timing of the publication of the winners of the contest. All information provided will be kept strictly private and confidential.
- Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Trosworld reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other products of similar retail value without prior notice.
- The judges’ decision is final and correspondence will not be entertained.
