Trosworld 1.01 – A Fresh Approach to Online Businesses

Good news!
It is about a month since we announced our beta launch on 1st June. We have added more features and contents to the site. We have also fixed some of the major bugs especially for IE 6.0.

Below are the list that we have worked hard for the past few weeks.

For Everyone

Trosworld Portal

1. Added shop name pop-up for each shop on front page, www.trosworld.com
2. Main page search function changes, default search based on products.

For Buyers/Shoppers

General bug fix & changes

1. Fixed unable to remove item from shopping cart bug.
2. Internet explorer 6.0 bugs on dead links fixed.
3. Fixed various alignment distortions, dead link, pagination problems and typo errors.
4. Only numbers are accepted on the telephone, fax and mobile input.
5. Fix bug on users’ website contact us page.

Changes & Updates

1. Confirmation added prior before checkout.
2. Total items no in shopping cart now shown on users’ homepage.
3. Removed link to e-banks on checkout page.
4. Added delivery charges information on users’ individual product page.
5. Added merchant & buyer details, payment details on check out summary page.
   Payment details are now shown on check out summary page.
6. Added link back to users’ website upon customer check out page.
7. Buyer description for merchant limited to 120 words per item purchase.
8. Each merchants Terms & Condition page now shown more clearly before confirmation of check out.
9. Main page search function changes, default search based on products.
10. Added visitor tracking count on each users’ website at the bottom right.

For Sellers/Merchants

General bug fix & changes

1. Various icons changed.
2. Added pop-up hint for registration indicating that a minimum of 6 characters are required as users’ Trosworld account password.
3. Internet explorer 6.0 bugs on dead links fixed.
4. Unable to upload banner bug fixed.
5. Fixed upload picture bug on lease a land.
6. Fixed various alignment distortions, dead link, pagination problems and typo errors.
7. Only numbers are accepted on account numbers, telephones, fax, mobile.
8. Only alphabets are accepted on account name
9. Logo disappearing after saved bug fixed.
10. Fix bug on users’ website contact us page.

Free Website

1. Added differential color rows for easier editing for product uploads.
2. Able to reactivate Bee TPA message.
3. Buyer description for merchant limited to 120 words per item purchase.
4. Each merchants Terms & Condition page now shown more clearly before confirmation of check out.
5. Payment settings page major layout changes, addition of IPAY88 payment gateway integration.
6. Added “Hot deals” product category for each merchant.
7. Added visitor tracking count on each users’ website at the bottom right.
8. Added link back to users’ website upon customer check out page.
9. Added hint for individual product’s delivery options, if no delivery options are chosen, the default delivery option is free shipping.
10. Added default text for terms, about us and contact page for new users.
11. Added default banner and shop logo for new users.
12. Added merchant & buyer details, payment details on check out summary page.
13. Payment details are now shown on check out summary page.
14. Added function to let users’ set their current blog as their default blog on their Trosworld homepage.
15. Added function to let users’ hide their shop name below logo.
16. Total items no now shown on shopping cart icon on users’ homepage.

Lease a land

1. Bee TPA now available on lease a land page to guide new users how to lease a land on Trosworld.
2. Expiry date for land leased change to N/A until BETA testing is complete.
3. Limit users on 2 categories for each land leased, primary and secondary categories.
