Terms & Conditions

• Our shop only accepts payment in Ringgit Malaysia for all products purchased.
• We take no responsibility for damage caused during delivery. Responsibility will not be accepted occasioned by errors or by delay beyond our control.
• Colors may appear slightly different to each user, due to individual monitor settings. Hence, goods refund/return due to color variane is strightly not acceptable.

Refund Policy

• As all measurements and descriptions are clearly stated, and easily made available to our customers, goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable, unless in cases where the product is found to be of genuine defect, see (*). Customers are encouraged to make queries through live chat/chat box/email before making their purchase. Decowelove will not be held any responsible for the lost/damaged mail-out items which send by normal postage or Pos Ekspress service.
• Customers who have made payment transfers to Decowelove, but decided to cancel their order, will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order or RM 5, whichever is greater. This is only applicable when the item is not mailed out by Decowelove or not collected by the customer. Decowelove will then refund the balance amount back to the transaction account.
• *As Decowelove takes effort in checking the item before sending out, if your product is found to be of defect, you are required to take a picture of the/area of defect and email to us for refund consideration. See below for terms and conditions:

              ♥ genuine defect does not include damages due to delivery or postage.

              ♥ decowelove reserves the right not to grant refund for defects or damages we deemed  

                  unreasonable.

              ♥ in the case of a refund, only the price of the item will be refunded.

              ♥ the price of any item, is exclusive of postage.

              ♥ sending the item back to rice without our prior acknowledgement or agreement of a refund, is of

                  your own will and decowelove reserves the right not to grant the refund.

• Cancel/ Change Order: Should you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. We will accept the change/order(with charge of cancellation fee, please refer to statement above) if the goods have not been delivered.

Do note that the above list is inexhaustible, and would be updated on a need to basis. Decowelove customers are advised to refer to the terms and condtions before purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We usually deliver our goods within 3 working days (after receive of full payment) by using our panel of delivery service providers. If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a new delivery date or other instructions.
